GAMES ON WHEELS is a mobile arcade or "Mobile Video Game Theatre" available for party and event rentals. Our large RV trailers are customized with the latest video game systems from Microsoft Xbox, Nintendo Wii and Sony Playstation. Game Theatres are totally self-powered and allow up to 20 players at the same time.

Who rents GAMES ON WHEELS?

GAMES ON WHEELS was developed to meet the needs of busy parents looking for birthday party ideas. We offer a fun and hassle-free way to entertain large groups of kids and teens. Adults are welcome to join the fun too! We also book corporate events, fundraisers, festivals, video game tournaments, wedding receptions, sports team parties…the possibilities are endless!

How do I reserve my event date?

To hold your event date, we require a major credit card – Visa, Mastercard or American Express. 

What if I want to cancel?

You will not be charged if you cancel 14 days in advance of your event date. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.

What happens on the day of my event?

We arrive at your location approximately 15 minutes early to park and setup. The Game Coach prepares the Game Theatre based on your booking request. When it's ready, your guests are given a short introduction, the doors swing open and the party begins! The Game Coach is always on-hand to offer tips and handle requests. When it's over, we simply shut down, pack up and drive off.

Do you serve my area?

What if I'm just outside your service area?

We might be able to book your party if you are relatively close to our service area. You will be assessed a mileage surcharge. Call us with your location – 416-504-GAMES (504-2637) or 1-855-55GAMES (554-2637).

When can parties be scheduled?

We book parties 7 days a week, all year-round.  Time slots can range from the first party starting as early as 10am and last party ending as late as 10pm.

How much parking space is needed?

Game Theatres require approximately 50 feet in length (6 parking spaces).

Who supervises the party?

Every party is hosted by a trained Game Coach. Game Coaches have a passion for gaming and their job is to lend expert advice, motivate, and manage the entire party. For kids parties, parents and guardians can also step inside or monitor through the trailer's concession window.

What do parents have to do at the party?

Parents can join in the fun if they wish but adult supervision is only required for kids under 6.  A trained Game Coach is always present to manage the event.

What if I have more than 20 guests?

We can accommodate large groups. Just let us know the number of guests you're expecting and the Game Coach will organize accordingly. 

Is it okay to tip the Game Coach?

Not required but encouraged if you feel they did a great job and you'd like to give a gratuity.

What if I want to book GAMES ON WHEELS for the whole day?

Whole day and multiple day rates are available. Contact us HERE or by phone at 416-50GAMES (504-2637).

Is there an age-limit?

GAMES ON WHEELS is appropriate for all ages however children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring food and/or drinks into the Game Theatre?

With the exception of plain bottled water, no food or drinks are permitted inside the Game Theatre.

Can I select the games?

Yes. Part of the booking process asks what games or types of games you'd like us to provide.  

How do I make sure the games are age-appropriate?

Check the ESRB rating on the game cover. On our GAMES page you will find descriptions for each rating.

What about bad weather?

Our game theatres are climate-controlled for hot summers and cold winters. We can typically provide the service all year-round. However in the event of severe weather (ice and heavy snow storms, flooding, lightning and thunderstorms), we reserve the right to reschedule your event to ensure the safety of your guests, our staff and equipment.
